THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING PROJECTS

For Les Productions James Flamand, setting goals allows you to regain motivation and look to the future with more confidence. Having projects first helps to give meaning to life and has a positive impact on Aboriginal and Quebec social and cultural health.

Choose priorities

Any self-respecting business should have a strategic plan to be redone every 5 years, in order to be well oriented. Making resolutions is used to align with the vision established during the strategic plan and to determine the priorities to achieve its ends. When the goal is clearly defined, it is easier to focus on the projects that provide the most value to our Aboriginal artists as well as to PJF RADIO LIVE.

Project 01

In the short term, Productions James Flamand's plans are to consolidate. stabilize and improve what we have started to establish so far.

Our primary desire is to improve the quality of our current services as well as that of PJF Radio Live by increasing our presence on social networks and by facilitating access for listening in streaming on the internet, but also via an exclusive Application which will allow customers, users of mobile devices to be able to listen in peace of mind to PJF Radio Live on any type of device and platform, regardless of the location, even in the car!

Project 02

In the medium term, always faithful to the First Nations, our desire would be to increase access to the visibility and dissemination of the rich cultural content of the Aboriginal Nation.

Make a radio at the Aboriginal artistic level;

Develop musical content with indigenous artists;

Develop specific content with the First Nations

Project 03

In the long term, our vision is to become a conventional radio station accessible on any radio of the FM band while always remaining at the service of the community and of the Aboriginal Nation and to become the benchmark radio station in Aboriginal matters.

This therefore includes the creation of physical studios in premises dedicated to this function and the acquisition of various advanced radio equipment as well as obtaining the various certifications and authorizations required by the CRTC of Canada.
